Samples

To ensure you receive fully customized samples, we will confirm with you during each step of the sampling process.

1. After we receive payment, we will create a WhatsApp group for you and our team, including our clothing designer, and production people.
2. Our sourcing team will source fabrics and send you pictures to confirm. If you don’t like the fabrics, we will keep sourcing until we find something you like. If the pictures or videos we provide are not enough for you to make a decision, we can send fabric swatches to you at your expense.
3. Our clothing designers will communicate with you thoroughly, provide practical suggestions, and create tech packs for you to confirm.
4. Our pattern makers will create paper patterns for your designs. In some cases, we will send you screenshots showing the size and location of printing and embroidery on the garments to confirm.
5. Our production clerks will purchase fabrics, work on embroidery and printing, labels, and take pictures for you to confirm.
6. Our sample workers will cut and sew the samples for you. We will send you pictures of the finished samples to confirm.

Our sample team will check, pack, and ship the samples to you. We will send you the tracking code once the samples are sent out.

Bulk Orders

Assuming you have approved the samples and would like to proceed with a bulk order, please follow the steps below:

1. Provide us with the order details, including quantities, colors, sizes, etc. We will then send you an official quote.
2. Make the payment according to the Performa invoice.
3. Upon receiving the payment, we will proceed to create production samples.
4. After you have confirmed the preproduction samples by either reviewing the pictures or receiving them for inspection, we will begin the production process.
5. Once the goods are completed, we will send you pictures and videos of the finished products, along with the shipping cost.
6. Upon receiving the balance payment, we will ship the goods to your designated location.
